What Skates!<\/strong> je projekt brusla\u0159sk\u00e9ho port\u00e1lu Brno-inline.cz<\/a> a webov\u00e1 podoba Muzea bruslen\u00ed, ve kter\u00e9m si m\u016f\u017eete prohl\u00e9dnout dobov\u00e9 brusle „na\u017eivo“ a n\u011bkter\u00e9 dokonce vyzkou\u0161et.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

What Skates!<\/strong> is a project of the skating portal Brno-inline.cz<\/a> and the website of the Skating Museum, where you can see skates „live“ and even try some of them out.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

C\u00edlem projektu nen\u00ed shrom\u00e1\u017edit v\u0161echny modely brusl\u00ed (to by ani nebylo mo\u017en\u00e9), ale uk\u00e1zat zaj\u00edmav\u00e9 i b\u011b\u017en\u00e9 brusle, kter\u00e9 odv\u00e1l \u010das, brusle kole\u010dkov\u00e9 i ledn\u00ed (dokonce i sn\u011bhov\u00e9), brusle v\u00fdznamn\u00e9 pro v\u00fdvoj bruslen\u00ed, nebo naopak slep\u00e9 v\u00fdvojov\u00e9 uli\u010dky, kter\u00fdch nebylo m\u00e1lo, technologie, kter\u00e9 zmizely nebo se naopak osv\u011bd\u010dily, a v neposledn\u00ed \u0159ad\u011b p\u0159ipomenout historick\u00e9 v\u00fdrobce, nebo\u0165 mnoho v\u00fdznamn\u00fdch brusla\u0159sk\u00fdch zna\u010dek dnes ji\u017e neexistuje.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The aim of the project is not to collect all models of skates (which would be impossible), but to show interesting and common skates that have been lost to time, roller skates and ice skates (even snow skates), skates that were important for the development of skating, or, conversely, dead ends, of which there were many, technologies that have disappeared or, conversely, proven themselves, and, last but not least, to commemorate historical manufacturers, as many important skating brands no longer exist today.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Samotn\u00e9 brusle p\u0159itom tak zaj\u00edmav\u00e9 nejsou, pokud nezn\u00e1te jejich p\u0159\u00edb\u011bh. Smyslem t\u011bchto str\u00e1nek je proto shroma\u017edov\u00e1n\u00ed informac\u00ed, kter\u00e9 mohou doplnit a obohatit p\u0159\u00edb\u011bhy brusl\u00ed. Nev\u00e1hejte n\u00e1m napsat svoje p\u0159ipom\u00ednky, jen d\u00edky nim budeme schopni spole\u010dn\u011b slo\u017eit alespo\u0148 \u010d\u00e1st t\u00e9to brusla\u0159sk\u00e9 historick\u00e9 mozaiky.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The skates themselves are not that interesting if you don’t know their story. The purpose of this website is therefore to collect information that can supplement and enrich the stories of skates. Please feel free to send us your comments, as they will enable us to piece together at least part of this historical mosaic of skating.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
